Invigorate Limited (“Invigorate” “we” “us“) respects the privacy of our users (each, a “User” or “you“) and are committed to protect the privacy of Users who access, download, install, register, use or engage with our website, our mobile application(s), and any other service we provide (the “Site” and “App” respectively, and collectively the “Service(s)“).
We’ve prepared this Privacy Policy to outline our practices with respect to collecting, using and disclosing your information when you use the Services. Some Personal Data processed by Invigorate may be considered sensitive, including personal data that reveals your racial or ethnic origin, or personal data concerning your health. Invigorate processes this information only to the extent necessary to carry out its obligations under the law or to the extent necessary to protect Invigorate’s legitimate interests.

Types of Tracking Technologies We Use
