Invigorate Limited (“Invigorate” “we” “us“) respects the privacy of our users (each, a “User” or “you“) and are committed to protect the privacy of Users who access, download, install, register, use or engage with our website, our mobile application(s), and any other service we provide (the “Site” and “App” respectively, and collectively the “Service(s)“).
1. GROUNDS FOR DATA COLLECTION
Processing of your “Personal Data” (meaning any information which may potentially allow your identification, either directly or by using reasonable means) is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you, for providing you with our Services and the operation of our Site, to protect our legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations to which we are subject.
2. WHAT TYPE OF DATA DO WE COLLECT?
We collect different types of information about you, including information that may directly identify you, information that is about you but individually does not personally identify you, and information that we combine with our other users. If we combine Personal Data with non-Personal Data, the combined data will be treated as Personal Data.
3. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
The information we collect on or through our Site are:
information that you provide by filling in forms on our Site. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Site, subscribing to our service, or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our Site;

The Personal Data we collect from you is required to enter into a contract with Invigorate, for Invigorate to perform under the contract, and to provide you with our products and services. If you refuse to provide such Personal Data, then in some cases we may not be able to enter into the contract or fulfill our obligations to you under it.
We may process some Personal Data considered sensitive when necessary to carry out our obligations under the law or to protect our legitimate interests
Some Personal Data processed by Invigorate may be considered sensitive, including personal data that reveals your racial or ethnic origin, or personal data concerning your health. Invigorate processes this information only to the extent necessary to carry out its obligations under the law or to the extent necessary to protect Invigorate’s legitimate interests.
4. HOW DO WE USE THE DATA WE COLLECT?
We use your Personal Data for various purposes described below, including to:

enforce our rights arising from contracts;

provide you with notices about your account

5. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
When you visit or access our Services we use (and authorize 3rd parties to use) pixels, cookies, events and other technologies (collectively, “Tracking Technologies“). Those allow us to automatically collect information about you, your device and your online behavior, in order to enhance your navigation in our Services, improve our Services’ performance, perform analytics and customize your experience. In addition, we may merge data we have with data collected through these tracking technologies and data we may obtain from other sources and, as a result, such data may become Personal Data.
Types of Tracking Technologies We Use

Interest-Based Advertising & User Choice
Through our Services, we may display advertisements that are tailored to you, for example ads or partner services that are based on your recent browsing behavior. In order to tailor advertisements and services in which you might be interested, we as well as certain third parties may use Tracking Technologies to display advertisements based on your visits to the Websites, to target advertisements to you for products and services in which you might be interested, and to measure the effectiveness of the ads. Turning off cookies on a mobile device
You can-opt out of certain types of interest-based advertising, by accessing the “settings” on your device:
If you’re using an Apple device you can configure your device to limit ad tracking to by clicking on “settings” > “privacy” > “advertising” and toggling “limit ad tracking” to ‘on.’

Your data is stored on secure servers and isn’t publicly available. We limit access of your information only to those employees or partners on a “need to know” basis, in order to enable the carrying out of the agreement between us.
While we seek to protect your information to ensure that it is kept confidential, we cannot absolutely guarantee its security. You should be aware that there is always some risk involved in transmitting information over the internet. While we strive to protect your Personal Data, we cannot ensure or warrant the security and privacy of your Personal Data or other content you transmit using the Service, and you do so at your own risk.
We will retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to provide our Services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. 10. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EEA
